Chandrayaan 1 successfully launched

India's first unmanned space mission to moon Chandrayaan-1 was succesfully released into the orbit at 6:20 AM on 22nd October with a lot of expectations from Sriharikota in Hyderabad. The ISRO chief MR.Madhavan Nair said it was it was a historical achievement for India to send the spaceship to moon and it will lead to human mission to moon in the future years to come. India is only the 6th nation in the world to send a spaceship to moon and joins the elite club.
