Guadaloupe-born Christine Kelly is said to have been picked as minister for overseas territories in the president's next reshuffle.Mrs Kelly, 39, currently works for news channel LCI.As well as being offered the ministerial post, she is set to become the new face of ethnic diversity in France.She quickly became a celebrity figure, admired for her looks as well as her career ,she is said to be pictured as often in her bikini as she is in her work outfits.Mr Sarkozy believes Mrs Kelly will add to his "rainbow" government because she is not only attractive but also in touch with the modern world.
